Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they're pressed and the resulting juice is cleaned. Alcoholic fermentation is then carried out at low temperatures for approximately 15 days. Wood is omitted from the process to preserve the refreshing acidity and aromas of this variety.
Bright pale golden color, it's a wine of high aromatic intensity, with notes of tangerine, apricot and subtle floral hints. Fruity in character, it has an agreeable balance between sweetness and acidity, with pleasant mineral notes.
