Once they reached the cellar, the grapes were pressed at a low temperature in order to retain the aromatic potential of the variety. Then the must was cleaned and underwent fermentation at 12°C for 20
days. The yeasts were selected to bring out the characteristic varietal aromas.
Pale pink with orange hues. Great aromatic intensity with fresh notes of cherries and raspberries.The light texture and freshness nicely complement the wine’s natural acidity and provide a pleasant and long finish.
