Since 1874, in the heart of the Maipo valley, Viña Tarapacá has been crafting unique wines of outstanding quality. These estate bottled wines earned their first award in the US in 1876, and have been obtaining awards ever since.
The fifth version of the Most Wine & Cava International Film Festival of Barcelona, Spain, which aims to present the finest international audiovisual pieces each year relating to the world of wine, was held during the 5 – 15th of November.
During the event, that took place in the town of Penedès, Gran Reserva Tarapacá’s commercial –which was launched in July this year–, was selected to be shown to the public attending the cultural festival. This was due to the excellent artistic work used to make the short film, which describes the history and origin of the admired brand.
As well as being an excellent showcase for the brand in this European country, the exhibition is especially significant as it is the first time an audiovisual from VSPT Wine Group has been invited to participate in such a prestigious international film festival.
Tarapacá’s commercial has been hugely successful in Chile, Mexico, Canada, Finland, China, Brazil and especially in the Czech Republic, since the brand has managed to feature in the market’s premium segment.
