James Suckling visited Chile three times in the past 13 months, and on his last visit he met with the finest local producers, and was able to taste 500 wines. In the report and the scores that he published on his website at the beginning of July, the North American critic –who for 30 years tasted European wines for Wine Spectator– highlighted the progress Chile has been making, above all in top-end wines.
On this occasion, six of Viña Tarapacá’s wines scored amongst the highest on the list:
