The exclusive US magazine, which is renowned for sharing the latest trends in the world of wine, recently released an article on its website entitled “Top 10 Cabernet Sauvignons Rated 90+”, in which it selected one of the wines from Viña Tarapacá.
Gran Reserva Tarapacá Cabernet Sauvignon 2017, which originates from the Maipo Valley, was selected on this occasion by the magazine as one of the 10 finest Cabernet Sauvignons rated 90 points or more to be enjoyed this season.
It should be noted that this wine received an outstanding score in the March edition of Wine Enthusiast. Micheal Schachner, the magazine editor for Argentina, Chile and Spain, awarded a score of 90 points and described it with the following tasting note:
“Dense, dark aromas of raisin and blackberry set up a full and chunky palate with a creamy texture. Mildly salty berry flavors include a whack of oak spice, while oak-led flavors settle in on a finish that tastes slightly baked and feels warm”.
This new acknowledgement for our Gran Reserva Tarapacá Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 once again demonstrates the exceptional quality of these wines, which are supported by a great sense of tradition from a winery with over 140 years of history.
