(“VSPT”) and you (“User”), related to the use and navigation that is carried out through this site www.tarapaca.cl (“Website”) in accordance with the applicable and current Chilean regulation (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Conflict Resolution

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Chile, with the Ordinary Courts of Justice being competent to hear cases related to them. For these purposes, VSPT and the User establish their domicile in the city of Santiago and submit to the jurisdiction of its Courts of Justice.

Modification of terms and conditions

VSPT reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete at any time any part of these Terms and Conditions, which will be informed to the Users through the Website. In the event of a substantive change in the Terms and Conditions, you must accept them again, if applicable.
