Pale golden yellow with a slight pinkish tinge. White foam and persistent head. Very pleasant fruity citrus notes such as tangerine, grapefruit, green apple, lemon peel and hints of white bread and yeast. Very complex on the nose and palate. Fresh, elegant and pleasant, with very good acidity, volume and persistence.

Serve between 6-8ºC
