Gran Reserva
Sauvignon Blanc
D.O.: Aconcagua
These vineyards located 12 kms from the coast have a cool climate. The average temperature below 22°C during the day is maintained by the effect of cloudy mornings and cool breezes from the ocean. These marine conditions allow the grapes to ripen slowly, enhancing their flavors, aromas and natural acidity, while at the same time giving them a saline character.
Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections, very intense on the nose, with fresh and fruity aromas, exhibiting herbal and citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine. It also has subtle hints of green currants and floral hints of orange blossom and jasmine. On the palate it's intense, fresh, vibrant, balanced and juicy. Good volume and refreshing acidity, it delivers a long finish marked by mineral and citric characteristics.
Serve between 9 - 11 °C.
