Reserva
Cabernet Sauvignon - Carménère
D.O.: Central Valley
Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they spend 24 hours in a pre-fermentation maceration to extract maximum color and fruitiness. After a fermentation of 7 to 10 days, the wine is drained and kept in contact with different types of toasted wood for 8 to 9 months. The entire winemaking process is aimed at making wines with a high fruit intensity and very good structure.
Ruby red in color with violet hues, it exhibits aromas of red and black fruits such as plum and blackberry. In addition, spices can be distinguished with subtle and elegant toasted touches from the oak. On the palate it's juicy, and structured with soft tannins that lead to a silky finish.
