Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they are left for 24 hours in a pre-fermentation maceration to extract maximum color and fruitiness. After a 7-10 day fermentation process, the wine is drained and left in contact with different types of toasted wood for 8- 9 months. The entire winemaking process aims at making wines with high fruit intensity and very good structure.

Ruby red in color with violet hues, it possesses aromas of red and black fruits such as plum and blackberry. In addition, spices can be detected with subtle and elegant toasted touches from the oak. The palate is juicy and structured, with soft tannins that lead to a silky finish.

Serve at 17ºC
