Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot

Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they're destemmed and crushed. Fermentation then takes place over a period of 7 to 10 days in stainless steel vats. Sixty percent of the wine is aged for 10 months in French oak, while the rest is kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruit before the final result is achieved.

Intense cherry red in color, with aromas of ripe cherry, figs and plum jam, alongside spicy touches such as cinnamon and cloves. Herbal hints bring freshness to the wine. Smooth, silky and juicy on the palate, it's well-structured with round, elegant tannins.

Serve between 16-18ºC
