Pinot Noir

D.O.: Casablanca Valley

When the grapes arrive at the bodega, they are destemmed and crushed before undergoing a fermentation process of 7 to 10 days in stainless steel vats. Then part of the wine is aged for 10 months in contact with French oak while the rest is kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh, fruit component. Once the wines mature, the final result is achieved.

Ruby red in color with violet reflections. Intense and fresh, with aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries mixed with delicate notes of white pepper. Tasty and juicy on the palate, its balanced acidity gives it a medium body with a long, elegant aftertaste.

Serve between 8-10ºC
