Gran Reserva
Chardonnay
D.O.: Aconcagua
These vineyards located 12 km from the Pacific coast have a cool climate. Cloudy mornings with ever present cool breezes from the ocean maintain an average temperature of below 22°C during the day, conditions that imbue the vineyard with marine qualities. This allows the grapes to ripen slowly, enhancing their flavors, aromas and natural acidity, giving them a saline character.
Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections, it's intense, fresh, fruity and complex. It presents citrus aromas of pink grapefruit and lime, accompanied with mineral and fresh pineapple notes, with subtle hints of vanilla and spices imparted by French barrel aging. Juiciness and balance stand out on the palate, with medium volume, great mineral length and a creamy and pleasant textured finish.
Serve between 9 - 11 °C.
